SAS Life Sciences Academy

SAS is the leader in business intelligence software and services. Customers at 40,000 sites worldwide use SAS software to improve performance through insight into vast amounts of data, resulting in faster, more accurate business decisions and more profitable relationships with customers and suppliers.

The partnership between SAS and SRG has been established since early 2006, with the development and subsequent introduction of the SAS Life Sciences Academy. Launched to help reduce the shortage of skilled SAS Programmers with pharmaceutical industry experience, this unique, award winning training academy provides bespoke training for people wanting a fast track entry into SAS programming within the pharmaceutical sector.

SRG recruits graduates with Maths, Statistics or IT qualifications for the Academy which is run three times a year. 

Both unique and innovative, The SAS Life Sciences Academy was a Silver Winner in the “External Training Project of the Year” category of the Institute of IT Training Awards for 2007. In addition the development of the Academy supported our wins in two categories of the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2008: Best Candidate Care and Best Healthcare/Medical Recruitment Firm.
