Child Care Vouchers

SRG has always been keen to offer our Associates (our employed contract workforce) additional benefits and assistance during their employment with us. Following feedback from our associates and potential candidates, we discovered that a growing number of our Associates are experiencing the challenges of juggling the responsibilities of work with that of being a parent. We also know that many previous Associates have recently become parents and are looking for a way back into the workplace but are financially challenged by the cost of Childcare.

We have therefore launched a Childcare Vouchers scheme for our Associates, which offers them the opportunity of saving between £800-£1,000 per year depending on the level of salary sacrifice they wish to make towards this scheme.

SRG are one of only a very few recruitment agencies offering this scheme at the moment, and we are able to because of our Contract of Employment model for Associates.
