SRG are helpful and supportive

David was made redundant in 2002 after 24 years continuous employment. He then contracted for that same company for a further 4 years until his work dried up in 2007. Cue SRG’s Associate scheme!

“I was job hunting and came across SRG advertised in the local press. I sent off my CV and was promptly invited to an open day.”

Here David met Jennie, soon to be his dedicated SRG Account Manager. He was looking for the ultimate in work flexibility; wanting more job security whilst having the freedom to spend more time at home and travelling. Jennie swiftly placed David at a large world-renowned pharmaceutical company in a seasonal position that suited his ideal lifestyle. He then had the summer to relax and travel.

David, still being an SRG Associate, returned to work for the same company later that year, with Jennie’s continuing support, for their second season in Oct 07 to August 08, and then again for the third season in January 09.

Being an SRG Associate has given David work year after year and he values the relationship – “Being an SRG Associate means I feel close to SRG as a business. Other agencies didn’t proffer any corporate back up but I feel fully supported as an Associate.

I have found SRG to be helpful and supportive, with SRG staff continually keeping in touch to let me know of developments. Any questions I’ve had have always been dealt with quickly and professionally. My experience with them has been fantastic. I have a great working relationship with Jennie – I don’t have a bad word to say about her! I’ve known her for 3 years now and though I’m planning to retire at the end of this season, if Jennie needed an extra pair of hands on a project I might reconsider!”
