Science Labour Survey

In Autumn 2006, following a year of significant growth for its permanent recruitment services, SRG decided to undertake a survey to identify the trends within the market.

Contacts responsible for recruitment from a broad range of industries including Food, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Defence, Biotechnology and Healthcare companies, research institutes and government departments were asked to complete an online “one minute science labour survey”.

The survey contained six questions. The first four concentrated on what the trends had been over the previous 12 months, while the final two questions looked to the future and the forthcoming 12 months.
