BERKSHIRE, PERMANENT £25-£40,000 DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE

Do you have previous experience working in a regulatory / registrations field?

Are you looking for a challenging role with a dynamic company in the agrochemicals industry?

A global leader in the crop protection area are currently recruiting for a Registration Specialist to prepare and submit technical dossiers to ensure the efficient registration of new and existing products.

Key responsibilities will include:
- managing the submission of dossiers and providing overall support of active ingredients through the EU review process;
- liasing with the Marketing and Product Development teams contributing to cross functional meetings;
- planning and managing studies contracted internally and to external research organisations;
- attending meetings with regulatory authorities to keep up to date with product safety and registration issues;
- managing a wide range of new studies ( toxicology, ecotoxicology, environmental fate, residues, analytical method development) contributing to study design, approving study plans, liasing with contractors during the course of the studies to assist in resolving problems and approving draft reports.

Skills and background required for the role:
- Efficient planning and timely submissions are required in order to achieve business objectives and maximise early sales of new products and continued sales of existing products;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential;
- Previous experience of writing dossiers and regulatory affairs are crucial;
- Ideally you will have a background from the agrochemical industry but other industries may be considered;
- Due to the need to represent the company's interests at meetings with international regulators and industry, highly developed advocacy and diplomacy skills are also essential.
