Profile:
A great opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to lead a team of Chemists, delivering quality test data within client agreed timescales.
The Key responsibilities of the role will be:
- Develop New Methods to meet business needs
- Working with clients and sales teams to translate analytical needs into work Programmes
- Carry out quality audits.
- Continuous improvement of methodologies
- Develop and lead a team of Development Chemists
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Degree or equivalent in Chemistry.
- Experience/knowledge of XRF, ICP, GCMS, HPLC
- Financial Awareness
- Understanding of ISO 17025
