NPD Food Technologist - Dry Flavourings and Coatings Development.

Are you an experienced food technologist, with experience developing new food flavours and coatings?
Are you looking to join a large contract food development company, with strong roots and an excellent platform for expansion?
My client has an immediate need for a NPD food technologist to join its product development team. The need someone who has experience developing dry flavours/seasonings and/or food coatings.
Duties include:
1) Working on external client briefs ensuring both excellent communication with the third party, and completion of the project within agreed timelines.
2) Participation and organising factory trials to ensure products can be made efficiently, and safely.
3) Liaising with other parties including production, sensory, legal etc to ensure that projects are coordinated.
The ideal candidate will have an academic background in food science, and will have worked in an industrial setting on NPD products. Candidates with experience in dry flavours or coatings are encouraged to apply.
