SRG Strikes Exclusive Deal with Unique New Employer for Liverpool

SRG, the UK’s leading recruiter to the scientific and engineering sectors, have been appointed to provide an exclusive recruitment service for New Britain Oils, the first palm oil producer to offer customers the opportunity to order fully traceable and sustainable palm oil product in the UK and wider Europe.

New Britain Oils, a new £18m integrated palm oil processing facility on the Mersey docklands in Liverpool, is being opened by an established and ethically-driven company, NBPOL who are already a large scale integrated industrial producer of palm oil in Australasia.

Development of the six-acre site near Regent Road, Bootle in Liverpool has already begun. The refining facility will have a production capacity of approximately 170,000 metric tonnes of refined palm oil per annum. New Britain Oils will be working exclusively with SRG to fill the 28 new local jobs whilst there is also potential for further jobs should the facility expand.

With an extensive history in the recruitment of specialist technical staff, supported by a nationwide team of consultants, SRG’s managed service provision to New Britain Oils will include searching for production technicians to screening engineering supervisors.
