In 2001, Pfizer selected SRG to manage the recruitment and supply of contract workers within the scientific sector.  All these contract workers are employed by SRG as SRG Associates and are then assigned specific work projects at the Sandwich site. 

There are over 100 SRG Associates on-site at Sandwich and they receive the usual benefits provided to SRG Associates as well as the full-time on-site support of three SRG HR Managers/Administrators.  We are able to provide immediate support for any problems or issues and also arrange frequent social events.
